Engineering Manager Position

First Achieve Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the engineering department and drive the development of innovative solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical activities, ensuring projects meet customer requirements with practical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Coordinate complex projects, direct technical activities, and assess feasibility based on technology, resources, and market demand.
  2. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering growth and continuous development within the department.
  3. Quality Commitment: Ensure the ongoing development and implementation of our quality management system, including adherence to customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements (CE Marking, PED, ATEX).
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with management, production, and sales teams to align project specifications and procedures with customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably with leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Strong background in mechanical engineering design and analysis for industrial rotating machinery.
  • Expertise in SolidWorks and familiarity with analysis techniques (manual or finite element).
  • Solid understanding of engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Strong skills in interpreting engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
