Petrol Station Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our forecourts.
About the Role- Oversight of forecourt operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and store presentation at all times.
- Assistance in resolving problems and discrepancies, as well as handling customer complaints professionally.
- Previous experience within a petrol station or retail environment, with strong organisational skills and ability to lead by example.
- Flexibility to cover shifts for absences across multiple sites in Lanarkshire, with good numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
