Rutherford Cross is looking for a talented Corporate Accountant Lead to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with experience in leading accounting teams and managing budgets. A good understanding of financial software and systems, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills, are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Exposure to the Commercial team and their monthly reporting packs.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments and support the business with ad-hoc costing and financial support where required.
  • Support the rollout of new software and process improvements within the Group.
Requirements

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
