About the Role:

This role inspires and mentors the Workshop team to develop their technical capabilities and has the flexibility to provide technical support to the team where demand requires it.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the smooth running of the Workshop team on a day-to-day basis and have supervisory responsibility.
