Role Description: As a Sales Performance Director at Driven Lifestyle, you will lead the sales process for all inbound leads, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing the Inside Sales team, ensuring they meet desired KPIs and targets.

About the Company: Driven Lifestyle is a leading digital market leader in motorsport and automotive, representing the largest audience of motorsport and auto-enthusiasts in the world. We sell for over 120 events and have delivered 800,000 experiences to customers across more than 100 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the Inside Sales team to achieve desired KPIs and targets.
  • Product Information: Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate product information and booking terms.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting on sales metrics and analyze data to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage the Inside Sales team.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate products and offerings.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude to resolve issues and meet sales targets.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
