About the Role:
The Sales Performance Director will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve outstanding results, while ensuring seamless store operations. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, analysing sales data, and collaborating with the Area Manager to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead the sales team to deliver outstanding results, while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in retail management, preferably in fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business success.
