Sales Performance Director

About Us
Doctify, a leading HealthTech company, is seeking an ambitious Sales Performance Director to join our commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance across multiple verticals within the UK market.
The Role
- Drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition through strategic planning and execution.
- Take ownership of the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, while building and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Exceed monthly revenue targets and daily KPIs, with the support of your Manager and the wider team.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales (SaaS preferred).
- Natural communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to changing circumstances.
What We Offer
- A competitive compensation package (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum) including commission.
- Pension scheme with employer contributions.
- 28 days annual leave, including 25 days leave and 3 bank holidays.
- 4 weeks remote-working and hybrid-working options.
