Sales Performance Director

Job Description:
As a Sales Performance Director at Page Executive, you will have the opportunity to lead the UK sales team and drive growth targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Leading and inspiring the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to the executive team.
- Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- A background in sales leadership, with experience of driving performance through teams and developing revenue opportunities.
- A background in enterprise and complex sales processes within the IT sector, with strong knowledge of digitalisation services, outsourced software development, and associated IT and consultancy services.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business development into Enterprise-sized businesses.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- A strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to travel to customers and prospects, with a London reporting office.
