BMS Performance, market leaders in sales recruitment, is partnering with a £75 million turnover company to find a Sales Development Representative.

The ideal candidate will be a key part of driving new business opportunities, working with a range of sales tools to reach out to senior figures across highly reputed companies.

Confidence and charisma are key attributes needed for this role, as the representative will be grabbing the attention of Director of PR, Director of Communications & similar job titles across a variety of businesses from different industries.

The position offers a £28,000 basic salary, with an uncapped OTE of £38,000 in the first year. Success in the SDR role can offer candidates a chance to progress into a Business Development Manager role after around a year.

The package includes 25 days holiday + bank holidays. Applications for the role will be managed by BMS Performance.

Key Responsibilities: Utilising sales tools to contact senior figures across various businesses, identifying opportunities for growth and development. Building relationships with clients and promoting the company's services.

Requirements: Confidence and charisma, resilience, natural relationship building skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with sales tools and software.
