**Job Description**
As a Sales Director at Tempest Vane Partners, you will be responsible for generating a sales pipeline across the investment banking market, leveraging your personal network and external partners. Your key objectives will be:
- Drive sales origination and lead generation efforts with new potential clients through cold-calling and innovative methods of connectivity.
- Perform regular follow-up calls and emails to move potential clients through the sales function.
- Produce sales pitch documents and implement a well-defined pre and post sales process.
- Build, organize and motivate a sales team in pursuit of aggressive revenue targets.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of delivery in a sales role selling into investment banks.
- An excellent network of Traders and other front office individuals that you can harness to quickly start building a sales pipeline.
- Excellent networking and business development skills.
- A background in and understanding of financial markets and products, specifically Fixed Income products.
**Estimated Annual Salary:** £80,000 - £120,000 (dependent on experience)
