**Job Description**

As a Sales Director at Tempest Vane Partners, you will be responsible for generating a sales pipeline across the investment banking market, leveraging your personal network and external partners. Your key objectives will be:

  • Drive sales origination and lead generation efforts with new potential clients through cold-calling and innovative methods of connectivity.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls and emails to move potential clients through the sales function.
  • Produce sales pitch documents and implement a well-defined pre and post sales process.
  • Build, organize and motivate a sales team in pursuit of aggressive revenue targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of delivery in a sales role selling into investment banks.
  • An excellent network of Traders and other front office individuals that you can harness to quickly start building a sales pipeline.
  • Excellent networking and business development skills.
  • A background in and understanding of financial markets and products, specifically Fixed Income products.

**Estimated Annual Salary:** £80,000 - £120,000 (dependent on experience)
