Sales Performance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Director to join our team at J&C Associates Ltd. as a Digital Sales Trading Manager. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving business objectives in the digital space.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for our clients' digital category sales. We offer a competitive salary of £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus paid holidays and a pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives in the digital space.
- Development and execution of a digital strategy to drive growth in ARR for clients' digital category sales.
- Responsible for regional digital NNARR for your category across all EMEA countries.
- Accurate forecasting of the business on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across teams and bring cross-functional teams together is essential.
- Experience in digital trading and e-commerce is highly desirable.
