A highly ambitious and driven individual is required to take on the role of High-Performing Sales Director at Antony James Recruitment Ltd's esteemed clients in Reading. The estimated salary for this Sales Director role is between £40,000 - £50,000, with an OTE of up to £200,000 in the first year, along with a range of perks and benefits. The working hours are 10-6 Monday to Friday but may require extra hours if you are not on track to hit target.
