  • Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced General Manager – Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily sales operations, focusing on the luxury hotel, retail, and gifting markets.
  2. Deliver key company objectives, including profitability, service, and brand alignment.
  3. Report to Directors on a regular basis, providing updates on sales performance and market trends.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed targets, working closely with the Director of Global Marketing.
  5. Ensure effective operation of the business, delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  6. Submit regular reports on sales performance, profitability, staffing, and operations.
  7. Manage allocations at various levels to optimize gross margin and brand equity.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
