Drive Sales Growth and Excellence

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Performance Director to join our team at Iceland. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving store performance.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. To achieve this, you will need to be a strong analytical thinker, a data-driven decision-maker, and a creative problem-solver who can develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, providing coaching and feedback to help them grow and succeed in their roles. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private healthcare and a 15% staff discount in stores.
