TRO - Sales Performance Director
Estimated salary: £38,000 - £55,000 per annum.

This role involves managing a team of retail sales staff operating in key account and independent retailers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize Ploom heated tobacco product penetration in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include consistently delivering sales targets and performance metrics for the retail sales team and monitoring progress against these goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and execute targeted sales plans. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office software and have knowledge of category and regulatory requirements related to tobacco products.

Job Requirements:
  • Frequent travel within the assigned region is required.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with business insurance plan.
