Help Desk Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Engineer to join our team from our Milton Keynes hub.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Professional who wants to work in a customer-facing environment, providing expert knowledge and support for all systems.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in IT technical support, with strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing first- and second-line technical support for various systems and applications.
- Resolving complex technical issues and escalating when necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Windows Server, Office 365, and CISCO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for technology and a keenness to learn new skills.
