Inclusion Hub Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to lead our SEND hub. As the HLTA leading the SEND hub, you will work alongside a team of Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support to students with a variety of SEND needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming school committed to providing high-quality education and support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our school is located in Handsworth, Birmingham, and we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of Teaching Assistants within the SEND hub.
- Providing bespoke, high-quality support to children with SEND, ensuring they can access the curriculum and make progress.
- Supporting the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to parents and the senior leadership team.
- Creating a positive, nurturing environment that supports both the academic and emotional needs of SEND students.
- Assisting with behaviour management and promoting social inclusion.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Level 4 qualification as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or equivalent.
- Significant experience supporting children with SEND, ideally within a school setting.
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a team of Teaching Assistants.
