About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Corporate Hub Coordinator to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our Corporate hub, ensuring the effective delivery of our business services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience in handling procurement related tasks and other administrative work. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role based in our West Midlands region office. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the activities of the Corporate hub, including handling procurement related tasks and other administrative work.
  • Ensuring the effective delivery of our business services, including reception cover and supporting other hubs as needed.
  • Collaborating with the Divisional Support Hub Manager to provide business-specific and transactional office-based activities across the regional PS Division.
  • Producing documents and reports using computer-based systems.
  • Providing a range of support services to the PS Division, including HR, ICT, procurement, and other administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (or equivalent).
  • GCSE level 4/grade C in maths and English.
