We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Pub Business Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase sales.

You will work closely with our management team to analyze market trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to drive sales growth. Your expertise and knowledge will help us to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Developing strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
  • Working closely with the management team to implement effective operational systems and processes.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of pub operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
