We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Manager to drive our growth and success. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in commercial strategy, business development, and leadership.

Your Role

You will shape and execute our commercial strategy, oversee revenue generation, and ensure seamless delivery of engineering solutions to clients.

You will lead with authority, inspire excellence, and deliver measurable results by:

  • Developing a Visionary Commercial Strategy: Aligns with our five-year growth plan. Key requirements include:
  • Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to influence others and lead a high-performance team.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry and High-Pressure applications.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and planning skills.
