About the Role

  • Develop and implement a visionary commercial strategy that aligns with our five-year growth plan.
  • Lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and adaptability.
  • Drive sales and margin expansion, manage complex sales cycles, and secure high-value contracts.

A successful candidate will be highly skilled, have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to work effectively within a matrix structure.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus car allowance and benefits package.
