As a strategic leader, you will oversee revenue generation, ensure seamless delivery of engineering solutions to clients, and lead high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a commercial strategy that drives sales and margin expansion.
• Building and mentoring customer service and sales engineering teams to foster collaboration and adaptability.
• Providing market intelligence and strategic recommendations to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, they should have in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry and high-pressure applications.
