Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Development Partner to join our team at Liberty Global Europe Ltd. (UK). As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing talent development programs that drive business success. This exciting opportunity requires a strategic thinker who can translate ideas into actionable plans.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a pro-active thought leader who thrives on change and can navigate ambiguity to ensure a smooth implementation. You will partner with senior leaders and people managers to develop and implement talent development programs that align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include advising and coaching line managers on effective people management practices, including performance management and career development. Additionally, you will analyze people data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. The estimated salary for this position is around £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Essential qualifications include experience in a diverse background, proven experience or strong foundation level knowledge of multiple People disciplines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
