Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders across the organisation to develop and implement strategic people initiatives that drive business growth and success
  • Analyse business data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop recommendations to maximise productivity and engagement
  • Consult and coach managers and individual contributors on people-related matters to build high-performing teams
  • Develop and advise on talent reviews and annual merit planning cycles to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices
  • Build partnerships with BU leaders to translate business strategies into the People & Culture roadmap and drive organisational change
  • Proactively manage and resolve employee relations matters with internal partners to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Coach and develop a team of People Business Partners to promote a culture of ownership and high-velocity delivery across the organisation
Requirements:
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, combined with a get-it-done attitude
  • Engaging communication skills, both in writing and orally
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and limited resources
  • Deep 360° business acumen and sharp understanding of the key roles and skills necessary to scale a tech company
