Strategic Talent Development Partner

Key Responsibilities:- Partner with leaders across the organisation to develop and implement strategic people initiatives that drive business growth and success
- Analyse business data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop recommendations to maximise productivity and engagement
- Consult and coach managers and individual contributors on people-related matters to build high-performing teams
- Develop and advise on talent reviews and annual merit planning cycles to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices
- Build partnerships with BU leaders to translate business strategies into the People & Culture roadmap and drive organisational change
- Proactively manage and resolve employee relations matters with internal partners to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- Coach and develop a team of People Business Partners to promote a culture of ownership and high-velocity delivery across the organisation
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset, combined with a get-it-done attitude
- Engaging communication skills, both in writing and orally
- Solid project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and limited resources
- Deep 360° business acumen and sharp understanding of the key roles and skills necessary to scale a tech company
