About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Wise.

As a key member of our Talent & Performance Management team, you'll play a lead role in designing and implementing innovative performance and talent solutions that drive high performance at individual, team, and organizational levels.

Our global initiatives span performance and talent management, career development, and succession planning. You'll work closely with our global team of over 125 nationalities, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their true selves to work.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep experience in performance and talent management, business partnering, organizational design, and HR systems.
  • Solution Design: Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize performance and talent management solutions at scale.
  • Project Management & Change Management: Experienced in planning and executing medium to large-scale performance and talent projects.
  • Talent Thought Partner: Strategic partner to the business in optimizing talent and performance initiatives.

  • Work with a global team to drive high performance at individual, team, and organizational levels.
  • Design and implement innovative performance and talent solutions.
  • Collaborate with talented individuals across the Talent team and other key functions.
  • Contribute to the development of our global initiatives.
