About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Performance and Talent Partner at Wise. As a key member of our Talent & Performance Management team, you will play a crucial role in enabling high performance at individual, team, and organizational levels through innovative, data-driven, and people-centric solutions aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance and talent management solutions at scale, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career progression.
  • Collaborate with the business to optimize talent and performance initiatives that drive high performance.
  • Develop and manage performance and talent tools in Workday, exploring best practices in optimization.
  • Provide coaching and facilitation to business stakeholders and team members to support their performance needs.
  • Conduct talent analytics to identify emerging trends and areas for improvement.

  • Work with a global team of over 125 nationalities, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their true selves to work.
  • Collaborate with talented individuals across the Talent team and other key functions.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in performance and talent management, business partnering, organizational design, and HR systems.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize performance and talent management solutions at scale.
  • Experience in high-growth, international companies, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
