Talent and Performance Manager
AXA XL is seeking a highly skilled Talent and Performance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the major global Talent & Performance Management processes for AXA XL, partnering with the HR function to ensure their smooth and timely execution.
The Talent and Performance Manager will drive efficiency, insight, and value from these processes, ensuring that we provide high-quality data and insight to inform decision-making.
This role will be front and center in managing multiple global stakeholders, ensuring their voices are heard and that we take into consideration the diversity and differences of our business units and regions while maintaining consistency.
The Talent and Performance Manager will report to Angela Kelly, Global Head of Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of the AXA XL Performance Management process, ensuring a robust, effective, and efficient set of initiatives to enable feedback, goal setting, and development planning for our colleagues.
- Coordinate these activities across AXA XL, engaging and enabling the HRLT, Regional Talent Partners, HR Ops, and Compensation & Benefits teams to execute their part of the processes.
- Ensure a clear communications & training strategy and that the system is configured correctly.
- Take an active role in implementing the new performance management system and associated activities to ensure adoption across AXA XL.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (ideally within HR or as a manager responsible for implementing the processes described above).
- Experience in the management and execution of core HR processes and the ability to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to assess, manage, and drive insight from data to drive more effective decision-making and tangible actions that drive value.
