Key responsibilities include:

- Strategising case management to effectively manage risk for the group.
- Advising on complex Employee Relations matters and interpreting people data and analytics to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Acting as the HR contact point for a wide range of HR activities, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, and performance management.
- Providing comprehensive workshops covering management responsibilities in HR best practices.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- A degree or equivalent experience in HR.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
- Experience managing large-scale change programmes such as TUPE or reorganisations.
- Relevant and demonstrable HR experience in large complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current HR issues and trends, with evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
- Experience in a business partner model, creating positive business outcomes with local managers.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to new programmes and initiatives.
- Commercial insight with the ability to manage and identify risks.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can provide effective support, guidance, and advice to both managers and employees, and contribute to strategic and operational HR projects.
