Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders, influencing management teams to adopt best practice HR in support of business plans and objectives.

  • Facilitating key HR areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement, and performance management.

  • Acting as the HR contact point for a wide range of HR activities, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, and performance management.
  • Providing comprehensive workshops covering management responsibilities in HR best practices.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in HR.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing large-scale change programmes such as TUPE or reorganisations.
  • Relevant and demonstrable HR experience in large complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current HR issues and trends, with evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  • Experience in a business partner model, creating positive business outcomes with local managers.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to new programmes and initiatives.
  • Commercial insight with the ability to manage and identify risks.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can provide effective support, guidance, and advice to both managers and employees, and contribute to strategic and operational HR projects.
