Full-time HR Generalist Role

Manpower UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading recruitment agency and make a real difference to employee experience.

The estimated salary range for this position is up to £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for guiding leaders and HRBPs on HR policies and procedures, providing coaching and support to line managers in employee experience, and promoting positive health and wellbeing.

You will also work closely with teams across HR to address queries or problems, review data to identify trends, and recommend solutions.

Requirements:
  • Experience of employee relations and case management.
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships.
