About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Learning Mentor to work closely with students aged 7-18 who have social, emotional, and mental health needs. As part of Outcomes First Group, we strive to deliver exceptional outcomes for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess individualized education plans for students, ensuring their physical, educational, and moral development.
- Coordinate the work of Learning Support Assistants and care staff to ensure student safety on and off site.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote students' self-control and manage challenging behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the School Development Plan and meet regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils and young people, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
