Student Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated student wellbeing coordinator to join our team and support the holistic development of our students.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, promoting the wellbeing of students with a range of needs, including autism spectrum disorder and social emotional and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with teachers and other staff to support students with their learning and wellbeing.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote students' independence and social skills.
Essential Experience:
  1. Experience working with SEN students, specifically with ASD/ADHD.
  2. Patience, empathy, and a caring approach to working with children who have complex needs.
  3. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate with SEN students and parents.
  4. Proactive and flexible attitude.

Estimated Salary: £98,500 - £109,000 per annum
