Kisimul Group Ltd is a leading provider of residential care and education to children, young people, and adults with complex needs. We are seeking a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team.

About the Role

As a Life Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our young people. You will work closely with the staff team to ensure their physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs are met.

You will be required to participate in various recreational events and activities, both within the home and in the wider community. This will include working with all levels of the staff team to safeguard our young people at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma Level 3 in Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) or a willingness to complete this qualification within a fixed timeframe
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
