About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the position of Residential Support Worker, focusing on providing exceptional care and support to young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and support to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Supervise and safeguard the young people in our care
  • Promote education and independence skills
  • Participate in relevant training
  • Record incidents and report accurately
  • Support the team

Benefits and Salary:

Enjoy a competitive salary of £30,795– £32,795 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in allowance and complex care allowance), along with a range of benefits including loyalty bonus, referral bonus, wellness programme, and more.

Requirements:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Experience supporting children (or passion for working with children)
  • Holding an L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People is desirable but not essential
  • Able to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check
