Job Overview:

About the Role:

As a Residential Childcare Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personal care and support within a homely environment.
  • Assisting with day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning, homework, and driving children to school.
  • Managing medication and accompanying children to health appointments.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to update care plans, conduct risk assessments, and complete thorough handovers.
  • Planning and delivering activities and events tailored to each child's interests.
