We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to provide high-quality home support services in the Southwell area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication management
- Supporting clients with shopping and errands
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting others. We offer competitive pay rates, including £13 per hour plus travel time at 35p per mile, and paid training opportunities.
