Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of /25-30 per hour, reflecting the valuable contributions of our compassionate care providers. This hourly rate applies regardless of driving, cleaning, or carrying out care tasks. Additionally, you will receive time off for bank holidays and pension contributions.
The Role
As a community care worker with BELVOIR HOME CARE LTD, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with various tasks, such as preparing meals, administering medication, and engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being. You will also have the opportunity to form lasting relationships with your clients, making a positive impact on their lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be empathetic and patient, and have a genuine passion for providing high-quality care. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential, as you will be required to travel between client locations. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
