Supporting Children's Lives as a Residential Mentor

We are seeking dynamic youth mentors who can provide guidance, support, and a positive influence on the lives of our residents. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping them develop essential life skills, achieve their goals, and reach their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and safeguard the well-being of our young residents.
- Promote education and independence skills through engaging activities and support.
- Undertake relevant training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
- Record incidents and write reports accurately.
- Collaborate with your team to create a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Experience supporting children or a passion for working with young people.
- Holding an L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People would be desirable but not essential.
- An enhanced DBS check will be required for successful applicants.
