We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Life Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Kisimul Group Ltd. As a Life Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with complex needs.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, behavioural, and cultural needs are met. You will work closely with the staff team to safeguard our young people at all times and participate in various recreational events.

You will be required to meet the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Diploma Level 3 in Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) or a willingness to complete this qualification within a fixed timeframe

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
