Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to children with complex medical needs, tailoring your approach to meet the unique requirements of each individual.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent outcomes.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in complex care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, working closely with the child, their family, and the care team.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, healthcare, social work) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with complex medical needs.
  • Current Clinical Competence, including tracheostomy experience (advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
