About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Kisimul Group Ltd., a leading provider of specialist schools and adult provisions for individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and complex learning difficulties.

As a Night Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the needs of our young people are met, including their physical, emotional, and behavioural requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the staff team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Participating in creative activities to promote positive relationships with young people
  • Assisting with practical matters such as cooking, cleaning, and maintaining accurate records

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to caring for others and supporting their progression
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with young people
  • Computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate records
  • A Diploma Level 3 in Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) or willingness to complete within a fixed timeframe
