Care Delivery Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Care Delivery Leader to join our team at Fitzroy Support in Newark, Nottingham. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of care services in the community and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals supported.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 30 staff members, ensuring high-quality services are delivered, and developing strategies to improve service delivery and quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to develop partnerships and secure funding.
- Monitoring and evaluating service delivery, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring administrative processes are adhered to.
We are looking for someone with:
- Care sector experience and knowledge of outreach/support at home.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
