About the Job

The primary goal of this role is to establish a warm and nurturing environment that fosters the safety, growth, and development of children in our care. As a Residential Care Team Leader, you will work closely with children and young people, developing trusting relationships and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement admission protocols to ensure children feel welcomed and informed about expectations.
  • Work closely with children and young people to ascertain their wishes and feelings about all aspects of their welfare.
  • Ensure timely completion of records, assessments, and reports in line with policies and procedures.
  • Engage children and young people in developmentally appropriate activities to build competence and confidence.
Benefits and Salary

Estimated salary: £33,000 (DOE). Benefits include flexible shifts, additional sleeps paid at £50, overtime opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
