Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Educator to join our team in Newark-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for education and behaviour management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate students' behaviour and develop individualised behaviour management plans.
  • Implement behaviour intervention strategies and provide support to students with challenging behaviour.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor and track progress of behaviour plans and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in education.
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges.
  • Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
