About the Role

As a Care Professional Leader Nights at Northampton Business Directory, you will play a crucial role in leading our care team and delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in various areas such as medication, assessments, and care plans.

You will be required to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Our ideal candidate will be a warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed individual who is passionate about delivering individualised care and support.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus our comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
