We are seeking a Client Care and Wellbeing Advocate to join our team at Belvoir Homecare Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and advocacy services to our clients in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to promoting the independence and wellbeing of our clients and will be able to work effectively with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that their needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality care and advocacy services to clients in their own homes
  • Support clients with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to promote their independence and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
