Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Autism Practitioner to join our team, working as a Night Practitioner to ensure the needs of our young people are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the staff team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Participating in innovative recreational activities to promote positive relationships with young people
  • Assisting with practical matters such as cooking, cleaning, and maintaining accurate records

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for care and commitment to supporting the progression of others
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate records
  • A Diploma Level 3 in Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) or willingness to complete within a fixed timeframe

We offer a competitive salary of £12.25 - £13.25 per hour (DOE), comprehensive training, pension, life assurance, free on-site parking, career development opportunities, and fully funded enhanced DBS checks.
