Nurse Care Specialist
This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to women with complex needs at our low secure hospital. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways. Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to women with complex care needs. This includes working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant nursing qualification, NMC registration, previous experience in a similar setting, strong team-working skills, and a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
