Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care services to our customers in their own homes.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a care environment and be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.75-£26.50 per hour, plus benefits such as 30p mileage allowance and paid travel time, 28 days holiday pro rata, ongoing training and support, flexible working arrangements, pension scheme, health and wellbeing benefits, career development opportunities, and a refer a friend bonus. Job Description
As a Care Support Specialist with Bluebird Care, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care services to our customers in their own homes. This may involve tasks such as personal care duties, administering medication, manual handling using equipment where required, promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full, and other related activities. You will work closely with our customers, their families, and our experienced care team to ensure that each customer receives the highest level of care and support possible. You will also contribute to maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers by reporting any concerns or issues promptly to your supervisor. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in caring for vulnerable adults.
Requirements

- A valid UK driving licence
- Access to a car

- An excellent level of English
