Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our team at a Primary Care Centre, working 30 hours per week.

  • Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Provide high-quality care for patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluating delivery of care.

This role offers a competitive annual salary up to £48,000, dependent on qualifications and experience. You will also receive 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata and 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year.
