Kitchen Team Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Team Lead to join our HC One team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our kitchens, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve exceptional food service results.
  • Implement and maintain effective kitchen systems and procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate menu preparation, considering resident dietary requirements.
  • Supervise inventory control and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh produce.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • An S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
